Are the meals frozen?


No. All of our meals are prepared fresh and immediately cooled to be personally delivered to our customers.




Do you offer delivery?


Currently we only offer delivery to our weekly subscribers. If you are interested in a one-time order, we offer pick-up at Uptown Farmers Market. Location: 5757 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, 85012.




Can I pick up my meals?


Yes. Meals will be available for pick up at the Uptown Farmers Market 8:00 am - 1:00 pm every Saturday. Location: 5757 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix 85012.




How long are the meals good for?


The shelf life for our meals are 7 days. However, we recommend consuming fresh greens and seafood entrees first.




How long should I reheat my meals?


We recommend lifting a corner of the container lid for venting and heat for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes in the microwave. Allow the meal to cool for 30 seconds with lid on.

How soon will I get my meals after I order?


All A La Carte meals are delivered at least 48 hours after purchase. Weekly Meal Deals are delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We also offer pick up at Uptowns Farmers Market every Saturday. (5757 N. Central AVe, Phoenix 85012.
